This past Tuesday, two of my amazing friends, Sandra and Amanda, took me to see a concert of one of our favorite artists, Kina Grannis.
Her new album, Elements was released the same day so it made the concert even more special because I was able to hear her new music LIVE for the first time. The first song Kina performed was "Dear River," which is one of my new favorite songs (I play it on repeat). I purchased the new album at the merchandise table the night of the concert and have not stopped listening to it since. Hearing unique artists like Kina Grannis perform, inspires me to work toward finding my own sound through my music and songwriting. Although my feet hurt from standing for so long at this amazing show, spending time with great friends, and listening to great music made it all worth it.
